All orders will be processed in 2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded to USPS Priority or Overnight Delivery. Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure address as once the package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
All domestic orders shipped with USPS First Class Mail typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a merchandise return or exchange, please contact holler@chelsea-moser.com and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
